THE SALAMI FESTIVAL
Event born in 2007 from an idea of Arturo to enhance pork processing, bring together producers (especially private ones) and share tradition.

THE REGULATION
* The competition takes place every first Sunday in May
* The competition is open to all salami producers
* Salami must be strictly home-made, cone without garlic * Salami must be delivered to Hostaria Zanarotti on Saturday before Sunday
* The jury is made up of eight people with experts in the sector
* The Salami will be tasted free of charge by the public present during the aperitif
* The Awards take place after 12.00
